Job Overview START- As Soon as Credentialed 60-90 days Required to have active CA License at time of submission. Case Mix Mix of healthy and underserved populations. Avg. 3-5 C‑section (weekday) Avg. Labor room capacity 12 Avg. 4-5 Labor Epi (weekday) Responsibilities CRNA must be comfortable practicing independently. Provide services for general cases only. Support staff: Residents, CRNAs & Anesthesiologist Collaborative model. Daytime shift work (8 or 12 hours), minimum of 2 weeks per month. Crediting timeline: 60‑90 day credentialing. Qualifications Active CA License required at time of submission. Board Certification, DEA, and CSR required. Minimum 2 years of experience (more experienced providers are a plus). Full scope of practice: capable of performing regional anesthesia, arterial lines, and central lines. Additional Job Specifics # of patients per day: 14,300 cases per year, 9,000 surgical cases, 2,500 obstetrics cases, 800 cardiac vascular and thoracic cases, and 2,000 out‑of‑OR cases in GI, cath lab, and interventional radiology.
