MLR is seeking a compassionate and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our client's team in an acute-care hospital. This full-time, permanent role offers an opportunity to provide life-saving care and support to patients with respiratory conditions.

Respiratory Therapist Key Responsibilities:

• Perform respiratory therapy assessments and deliver treatments to patients of all ages.
• Operate advanced respiratory equipment and monitor patient responses to therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide emergency respiratory care, including managing ventilators and performing intubations.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and the use of home care equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient progress per hospital protocols.

Respiratory Therapist Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Washington State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license (required).
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through NBRC (required).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (must be completed before start).
• Prior experience in acute care or critical care is preferred but not required.
