Comfort Technologies is looking for a motivated Commercial HVAC Ductwork Installer Helper to join our growing installation team.
This position is perfect for someone with a basic understanding of commercial ductwork who wants to continue learning from experienced installers while building a long-term career in commercial HVAC.

Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with commercial HVAC ductwork installation.
- Assemble and install sheet metal duct systems.
- Measure, cut, and prepare ductwork.
- Load, unload, and organize materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Maintain clean, safe job sites.
- Learn blueprint reading and commercial installation techniques.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of commercial HVAC ductwork construction.
- Previous sheet metal or duct installation experience preferred.
- Must own basic hand tools.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in commercial construction environments.
Schedule
- Typical project hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM
- Overtime opportunities available.
