Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's objectives and enhance overall performance. Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting processes to optimize resource allocation and financial planning. Conduct thorough financial forecasting and modeling to support strategic initiatives and business growth. Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets and provide ongoing financial analysis to inform decision-making. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions to facilitate smooth operations and compliance. Prepare detailed reports for management and stakeholders, summarizing financial performance and highlighting key trends and insights. Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements, implementing best practices in financial management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA designation is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices. Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly. Proven track record of managing budgets and financial forecasting with accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
