Join us to be part of a team that leverages cutting-edge technology to create sustainable, efficient, and resilient manufacturing processes, making a tangible impact on the global stage.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transferYour contribution to the team: Expertise in ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large-scale data migrations Proactive problem-solving to streamline complex requirements A strategic mindset to align technical solutions with business goals and market trends. Deep understanding of compliance requirements, security protocols, and performance optimization methodologies Sector specific expertise for high quality project deliveryRequired Skill and Experience• Hands-on SAP GTS experience, with exp on SAP GTS E4H (Edition for SAP HANA).• Years in a project lead or delivery lead capacity on SAP GTS implementations or migrations.• SAP GTS on S/4HANA (E4H) Hands-On Experienceo Proven hands-on experience with SAP GTS Edition for SAP HANA (E4H), including configuration and operation of all core modules: Compliance Management, Customs Management, Preference Management, Products & Classification, and Intrastat.o Experience with SAP GTS E4H Fiori apps, including embedded analytics, export/import declaration management, transit declaration management, and long-term supplier declaration (LTSD) processes.o Solid understanding of SAP GTS integration architecture — feeder system connectivity (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC), master data distribution, document transfer, and RFC/ALE-based integration.o Knowledge of AI/ML-powered product classification capabilities within SAP GTS E4H.• Domain Expertise: Trade Compliance, Customs, and GTS Moduleso Deep knowledge of international trade regulations, including import/export controls, embargo checks, sanctioned party list screening, and legal control.o Strong understanding of customs procedures — electronic customs processing, predeclaration, transit procedures, and excise duty monitoring.o Experience with preference determination, free trade agreement management, and long-term supplier declarations (LTSD).o Familiarity with Intrastat reporting requirements for intra-EU trade statistics. o Understanding of product classification using Harmonized System (HS) nomenclature and customs tariff number management.Preferred Skill and Experience• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.• SAP GTS certification is highly desirable.• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SAP GTS is strongly preferred. • Familiarity with SAP Fiori UX and SAP HANA platform fundamentals is an advantage.Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
