Description Location: Owensville, MO Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st shift Pay: $18-$20 per hour See your work in stores like Walmart, Sam’s Club, Academy, and Kohl’s. What You’ll Do Inspect assemblies, sub-assemblies, and incoming materials to ensure they meet engineering and customer specifications Perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections using gauges and measuring tools Document non-conformances and work with suppliers and engineers to resolve issues Maintain accurate inspection and quality records Assist with MRB (Material Review Board) processes and Returned Goods Authorizations (RGAs) What We’re Looking For Associate degree preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience) 0–3 years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or a related field Ability to read and understand technical drawings and inspection instructions Comfortable using measurement tools, gauges, and Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills Why You’ll Want This Job Competitive hourly pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience) Steady, indoor work in a manufacturing environment Health, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance and long-ter disability Optional short-term disability Supplemental plans (accident, cancer care, hospital indemnity) 401(k) retirement plan Benefits start the first of the month after 30 days Opportunity to learn, grow, and advance within the company Jahabow is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr PFI Instore
