Project Executive

We’re looking for an experienced Project Executive to help lead client relationships and project execution across Wisconsin. This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who understands HVAC/mechanical construction, client development, project delivery, and relationship management and is ready to take ownership of a territory and grow with a fast-expanding organization. What You’ll Do Serve as a key point of contact for complex clients throughout Wisconsin Build and maintain strong client relationships from initial concept through project closeout Provide a high level of client service and conduct regular client check-ins Support project development and execution across the territory Review project estimates and provide input as needed Coordinate with internal project teams to help ensure projects are delivered on time and successfully Visit active construction sites as needed Identify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and support future business growth Take ownership of results, client satisfaction, and territory performance What We’re Looking For Experience in HVAC, mechanical construction, commercial construction, or a related industry Strong client relationship and communication skills Understanding of construction projects, estimating, and project delivery Ability to review and understand project estimates Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams Willingness to travel throughout Wisconsin and visit project sites What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental & vision insurance Employer-paid life/AD&D insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off & holidays Growth-oriented culture Opportunity to play a key role in a rapidly growing organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
