Vision Healthcare, LLC is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing home health team. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy services that promote safety, independence, and functional mobility.

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Improve patients' ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assess home safety and recommend adaptive equipment or home modifications.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment techniques and safety.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete documentation accurately and within required timeframes.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning.

• Current Virginia Occupational Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Active professional malpractice insurance is required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, clinical assessment, and documentation skills.

IMPORTANT: These are 1099 Independent Contractor positions.

• Full-Time

All Occupational Therapists working as 1099 Independent Contractors are required to maintain active professional malpractice insurance throughout their engagement with Vision Healthcare, LLC.
