Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access activity, provide outstanding customer service and communication, and contribute to a caring, reliable team that values agility, innovation, teamwork, and integrity every day.

Pay Rate: $16.07 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the warehouse, loading and unloading areas, parking areas, trailer yards, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for staff, visitors, vendors, and/or delivery personnel, verifying access permissions and reporting suspicious or unauthorized behavior according to site procedures.
• Support loss prevention and operational awareness by observing freight handling areas, reporting damaged property and/or policy violations, and maintaining accurate daily activity and incident reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
