Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an engaging role supporting elementary students as a contract-based Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year. This full-time opportunity consists of 37.5 hours per week, offering the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of children from August 19, 2026, through June 12, 2027. With a manageable caseload of 25–30 elementary students, your expertise in communication will help foster academic and social development during this pivotal stage.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience delivering SLP services in a school setting, particularly with elementary-aged students
• Strong knowledge of school-based therapy techniques and evidence-based interventions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent documentation and time-management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within an elementary caseload
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Track student progress and maintain comprehensive records consistent with school and state regulations
• Partner with classroom teachers and support staff to integrate therapy into students’ daily routines
• Communicate regularly with families, providing updates and resources to encourage carryover of skills at home
