We're seeking an Forklift Operator to work at a premier client in Carlisle, PA. This opportunity could be the one you've been looking for.

Pay Rate: $17.75- $18.25/ hour plus customer work incentives

Schedule:

• 1st shift/7am-5:30pm/4 days= $17.75/hr. + $2.30/hourly bonus= $20.05 Hourly
• 2nd shift/6pm-4:30am/4 days= $18.25/hr. + $3.75/hourly bonus= $22.00 Hourly

(there are several different schedule of days for each shift to choose from)

What's a typical day as an Forklift Operator? You'll be:

• Working in a traditional warehousing type environment and picking parts according to customer order and placing parts in work areas.
• Reading customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or documents to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped.
• Moving items from bulk containers or racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Filling requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials or other stock items and places them in designated areas
• Moving materials and items from receiving or storage areas to designated areas via forklift
• Ensuring warehouse is clean, safe and accessible
• Scanning materials and moves them according to standard work instructions where applicable
• Responsible for completing the Forklift TPM in a timely manner as required
• Assisting in the counting and accurate tracking of materials or items received or distributed. May also assist with the physical counting of inventory.
• May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.
• Sweeping, dusting, mopping

• Must be computer literate including experience with WMS (warehouse management system)
• Ability to work with frequent distractions.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of team members
• Prior forklift certification
• HS diploma or GED
• Work to be compliant with the company environmental, health and safety standards and rules
• Must be able to lift 25lbs on a daily basis- occasionally may have to lift up to 50lbs
