We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietician to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our nutrition team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans that promote optimal health and wellness.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and create individualized nutrition plans to meet specific health goals
Provide one-on-one consultations and education sessions to patients and their families
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans
Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest nutrition trends and research to inform patient care
Develop and maintain patient records and databases
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) certification or eligibility
Minimum 2 years of experience in dietetics or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Knowledge of relevant nutrition standards and guidelines
