Industrial Maintenance Technician - Mentor, OH

Maintenance Technician
Join our site maintenance team as a Maintenance Technician! In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain automated manufacturing machinery, electrical circuits, and mechanical equipment to support facility operations and plant uptime.
What You'll Do:
- Electrical & Mechanical Repair: Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment, motors, conveyor systems, switchboards, relays, and power distribution circuits.
- Diagnostic & Maintenance: Locate root causes of electrical/mechanical failures using schematics, diagrams, and precision tools; perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- System Operations: Execute conduit installation, wiring, component replacement, and equipment testing for safety, compliance (OSHA), and efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with engineers and production teams to report shift metrics, maintain logs, and improve quality and safety workflows.
