In this role, you will perform student evaluations, develop specialized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services to help students achieve academic and social success. Essential Duties Assess & Diagnose: Evaluate student communication skills including articulation, fluency, voice, and expressive/receptive language. IEP Management: Develop treatment plans, coordinate IEP meetings, and present evaluation results to parents and school staff. Direct Therapy: Provide targeted speech and language therapy to minimize the educational impact of communication disorders. Assistive Technology: Instruct students on utilizing communication devices, FM systems, and hearing aids. Documentation: Maintain accurate student files, progress reports, activity logs, and billing documentation.
