Registered Nurse (RN) - Greendale, WI

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Greendale Park Nursing & Rehab, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents and patients. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and perform various nursing duties, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Conduct patient assessments, identify needs, and develop strategies for addressing them
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure continuity of care and sharing of best practices

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will have the flexibility to choose which shifts you work, allowing you to balance your personal and professional life. You will also have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our residents and patients, while contributing to an environment of compassion, respect, and trust.

Requirements:

Current RN licensure in the state of Wisconsin
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
