A project manager will find creative solutions to ensure our client's satisfaction and earn repeat business.JOB TITLE: Project Manager II REPORTS TO: Vice President, General ManagerWhat you'll do:Serve as the primary point of contact with owners/clients, architects, trade partners, and other industry representativesLead project teams and delegate roles and responsibilities.Develop and manage budgets, estimates, and proposalsParticipate in trade partner and supplier selection; draft, review, issue, and administer agreements and delegate as necessaryEnsure the profitability of assigned projectsReview and maintain project plans/files; change orders, purchase orders, building permits and inspections, contingency budgets, and construction schedulesCompose and submit monthly project reportsManage communication process with owners, architects, subcontractors, superintendents, and Graham management and staff before, during, and after a projectMaintain compliance with the company safety policies, state and federal laws, OSHA, building codes, non-discrimination requirements, etc.Work with owner and architect to conduct punch list final inspections, oversee job clean-up, and ensure timely completion of required work itemsDevelop great professional relationships in the industry/community to drive business for the organizationAttend Industry Association events such as AGC of Wisconsin, AIA, and othersUtilize Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, and OutlookFollow the Graham Core Process, including jobsite checklistsAll other duties as assignedWhat knowledge, skills, and abilities you'll bring:Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering, civil engineering, or a related degree or equivalent experience7+ years of related construction experiencePreconstruction and estimating experience preferredHealthcare Construction experience preferredGreat verbal and written communication skillsExtremely detail-orientedStrong leadership skillsLegal Requirements:Valid driver's licenseAbility to pass post-offer employment testingAbility to pass a post-offer drug testMust be able to navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather.Must be able to work in a noisy environmentAbility to work within 3G Companies' operational regions, as assignedAbility to take and pass OSHA 30 certificationWhat benefits you'll enjoy:401K with a 6% immediate vesting matchPersonalized growth opportunitiesTwo healthcare plans to choose fromVision, Dental, & Life InsurancePaid Time Off9 Company holidays annuallyMore about 3G Companies: John Graham, a well-known developer, in the Midwest founded Graham Construction (now called 3G Companies) in 1981.
