ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm team member and have been in the insurance industry since 2012. I'm a graduate of Loyola University, a second-generation State Farm agent, married to a fellow State Farm agent, and excited to be growing our family as we prepare to welcome a new baby.

Giving back to the community is important to me. Our agency supports the Boys & Girls Club and participates in local community outreach and charitable initiatives. I enjoy building relationships and making a positive impact both inside and outside the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Diana Sanchez - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Answer customer inquiries and requests.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Dedicated to customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
