JOB OVERVIEW Job Id: 101999 Profession: Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Specialty: Occupational Medicine NP/PA Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Plover & Portage, WI Service Setting: Outpatient Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: Nov 2, 2026 - Mar 2027 Shift Schedule: Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri (Plover) 8a - 4:30p Tue (Portage) 8a - 4:30p Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered by Agency PATIENT INFORMATION Average Daily Volume: 16 Procedures: DOT Physicals FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Epic Systoc Support Staff: MAs: 2, Office Staff: 1 JOB REQUIREMENTS Active WI license or willing to obtain Certifications: BLS DOT Certification Duties & Responsibilities Perform DOT certification exams in compliance with FMCSA regulations. Utilize FMCSA digital upload system for documentation and reporting. Provide comprehensive occupational medicine services. Manage patient volume of approximately 16 patients per day. Maintain accurate and timely medical records using Epic Systoc.
