Aspire Senior Living Webb City is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Occupational Therapist (OTR) with Aspire Senior Living Webb City, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to provide occupational therapy services to individuals with physical, emotional, or cognitive disabilities. Occupational Therapist (OTR) will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence, self-esteem, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a variety of settings, including private and group therapy sessions
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify residents' needs and develop individualized care plans
• Implement and modify occupational therapy interventions to promote independence, safety, and overall well-being
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and progress
• Participate in staffing meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans

Required Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy (OTR) licensure in the State of Missouri.

• Experience in Occupational Therapist in a skilled nursing, senior living or related setting preferred.
