Job Purpose:

Organize and responsible for a variety of quality engineering functions related to improve quality and reduce cost through quality assurance on quality of conformance to reduce scrap, rework internal supplier material and customer's complaints, Customer interface and support the organization goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for interacting with customers daily, including: overall business, SCAR/CARs, and technical review to ensure Quality and High Standards are meet per Customer Specifications.
• Responsible prepare and take Lead daily/ weekly /monthly Quality Yield Report as schedule with Customer and drive the Team to achieve the Quality Goal.
• Support QC/QA inspectors in regards to daily tasks, inspection criteria and methodology is compliant with customer requirement and IPC standards, and conduct training for inspectors when necessary to be compliant with current/updated Quality Processes.
• Evaluate, revise, and update QA WI/Procedure including FMEA/Control Plan to compliant with standard and customer spec.
• Implemented quality planning, development program and managed continuous improvement program of all QC/QC processes
• Support Prod, and Quality whenever issue occur on Product/Process (Purge/NCMR/Supply) and work close with Team including customer for solution and action to resolve.
• Review, identify, audit, and create quality processes, documentation, and specifications to ensure they are compliant with Fabrinet DCC, ISO and industry standards.
• Support customer expectations, with NPI's, auditing Quality Control, and providing comprehensive data analysis on their products including process flow and MES system.
• Support Quality Management System on Management Review Data, and prepare all KPI reports

Job Qualifications:

Education: B.A/B.S, B.Eng or equivalent years of experience

Experience: 3+ years experiences in manufacturing environment

Required Skills: IPC A 610, Quality Testing (PCBA, Electronics Component), knowledge of SCAR/CAR – 8D process, FMEA and Control Plan, ISO Audit, Process audit

Required Training:

IPC A_610, Quality Management
