Territory Manager - Outside Sales

Job Overview Priority1, Inc. is a nationwide logistics consulting and contract brokerage firm that specializes in LTL, truckload, air freight, and warehouse services. We are hiring a Territory Manager Sales to work in our Burlington (Boston North) office, focusing on new business acquisition in the freight shipping industry. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities through door‑to‑door, cold‑calling, and networking. Generate and manage leads using the company CRM system. Set up new accounts and facilitate the sales process with executive‑level decision makers. Manage and grow existing accounts. Participate in the Fast Start Program and ongoing sales training. Qualifications 0–2 years of sales experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred. Active involvement in campus activities (athletics, clubs, etc.) highly recommended. Enthusiastic, energetic, and polished professional demeanor. Determined to be part of a winning team with a strong desire for success. Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $50,000 + uncapped commission. $500 monthly car allowance and reimbursement for gas receipts.
