Eaze is a growing cannabis retailer with one grow and many stores in the state. We are looking for individuals who are responsible for promoting a work environment that is positive, customer service oriented and compliant with established policies and procedures. We ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the customer experience in store through product knowledge.

The role involves achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. It also includes the proper and accurate use and training of the POS, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops. Responsibilities also include greeting and checking in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, assisting customers in store, on the phone and processing online orders, encouraging sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. Compliance with legal requirements and a full understanding of the training and compliance binder are also required. Additionally, the role involves assisting with inventory, upholding the Company policies and procedures and compliance standards, upholding visual merchandising standards, maintaining a clean, neat, and well-stocked store, and ensuring general housekeeping duties are upheld. A positive attitude that creates a positive work environment is also essential.

Preferred qualifications include sales experience in a retail store environment, customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, reliability, punctuality, dependability, and trustworthiness. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to work days/nights/weekends/holidays is also required. A high school diploma or equivalent, or GED is necessary. Candidates must pass a level 2 background and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of receiving an offer letter. Physical requirements include the ability to lift at least 25 lbs. and be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach. Reliable transportation to store is also required.
