What Your Day Looks Like1. Sell

• Respond to scheduled service calls (warm leads).
• Diagnose issues and provide consultative solutions to homeowners.
• Close the deal and build long-term customer relationships.

2. Repair

• Perform hands-on mechanical work: replace springs, rollers, and motors.
• Install high-tech keypads and run necessary wiring.
• Adjust and lubricate systems for peak performance.

3. Serve

• Provide a "Same Day" five-star experience that earns glowing Google reviews.
• Document jobs and collect payments via company tablets.

Who We Are Looking For

• Sales Pros: Backgrounds in auto, solar, roofing, or hospitality thrive here.
• Hands-on Doers: You enjoy working with your hands and aren't afraid of a heavy ladder.
• Texas Weather Ready: You can handle the heat of a Texas garage in July.
• Mechanically Inclined: You’re the person friends call when something breaks.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License: Minimum 1 years of clean driving history.
• Physical Strength: Ability to lift 75 lbs , climb ladders, and kneel for extended periods.
• Clean Background.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with tablets, GPS, and basic math for measurements.
• Sales Mindset: At least 1 year of consultative sales experience preferred.
