Remote Recruiter

[solidcore] is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This role is for someone who brings the same intensity and passion to talent acquisition that our coaches bring to the studio floor! Reporting to the TA Manager, this position is ideal for someone eager to gain exposure to all facets of talent acquisition within our rapidly growing company.
The Recruiter will serve as the primary talent acquisition partner for an assigned regional territory, collaborating with the TA Manager, hiring leaders, and candidates to create a best-in-class onboarding experience consistent with [solidcore] brand standards. You will own the end-to-end talent acquisition process for your region, including scouting, sourcing, interviewing, and hosting auditions for coach candidates across multiple studios in your territory – helping us find individuals who can challenge our clients to discover their strongest selves.
This candidate should be based in New York. Key Responsibilities:

Regional Recruitment Ownership Serve as the dedicated recruiter for an assigned regional cluster, owning all coach recruitment activities for 30+ studio locations
Manage recruitment for full-time field leadership positions
Lead recruitment for 150-300+ coach hires annually across regional training cohorts
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline specific to your regions unique market dynamics
Develop deep knowledge of your regions competitive landscape, compensation trends, and talent availability

Field Recruiting Scout, source, interview, and audition potential coach candidates throughout your assigned region
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews with candidates
Lead both live and virtual auditions, assessing candidates against [solidcore] coaching standards
Coordinate and schedule interviews, auditions, and follow-up communications
Partner with field leaders on hiring decisions and candidate selection
Support the candidate experience through the offer and onboarding process
Maintain accurate candidate records in the companys applicant tracking system

Strategic Market Development Develop and implement recruitment strategies specific to your regional markets
Collaborate with 2-3 Training Managers in your region to understand each markets unique talent needs and coaching styles
Build relationships with fitness communities, gyms, studios, and universities in key markets
Identify and activate new sourcing channels specific to your regional territory
Travel regularly to studio locations throughout your region to conduct in-person auditions and sourcing visits
Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities within your markets

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication Partner closely with studio leadership to forecast hiring needs
Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and market insights for your regional territory
Coordinate training logistics including orientation scheduling and new hire communications
Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in your region
Contribute ideas and suggestions to improving the candidate experience
Escalate complex recruitment challenges to the TA Manager with proposed solutions
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Consistently manage at least 4 open full-time requisitions while maintaining high-quality pipelines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an enthusiastic, outgoing personality
Ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and team members
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Passion for fitness and understanding of the fitness industry
Energy and enthusiasm to represent the [solidcore] brand with authenticity
Adaptability to thrive in our fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
Willingness to travel regularly throughout assigned regional territory (25-40% travel expected)
Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting for fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail industries
Knowledge of multiple geographic markets and regional talent landscapes
Experience coordinating training programs or cohort-based hiring
Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary of $70,000 per year
