Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for new clients to ascertain their mental health needs and establish comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide engaging and personalized therapy sessions incorporating various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly monitor their progress to adapt treatment plans as needed.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients who may face barriers to traditional in-person sessions.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and client records in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements to ensure quality of care.

• Actively participate in professional development activities, including supervision, workshops, and relevant training programs to enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
