This busy companion animal hospital provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for dogs and cats, supported by a skilled and collaborative veterinary team. The practice is designed to support both efficiency and high-quality medicine, with strong technical support and a structured mentorship program for new graduates.

On-site capabilities include:

• In-house laboratory diagnostics
• Digital radiography
• High-quality ultrasound
• Surgical and medical case management support
• Strong, experienced support staff

The hospital maintains a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning, with a dedicated 6-month mentorship program available for early-career veterinarians.

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and rotating schedules available
• Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
• Hospital hours:
  • Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Caseload

• Small animal practice (dogs and cats)
• Wide range of cases from preventive care to complex medical conditions

Ideal Candidate

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Licensed in California, or eligible for licensure
• Strong interest in small animal medicine and surgery
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Interest in mentorship, collaboration, and continuous learning
• Commitment to high-quality, ethical veterinary care
• Passion for building strong client and patient relationships

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $66,560 – $180,000 annually (based on experience and credentials)
• Up to $75,000 signing bonus for experienced veterinarians (2+ years commitment)
