Our team of medical doctors, psychologists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and dietitians work together within a revolutionary transdisciplinary model that addresses the quadruple aim of healthcare: enhancing patient experience, improving patient health, reducing healthcare costs, and increasing employee satisfaction.Schedule: Rotating schedule 4 days on-4 days off; 10-hour onsite shift, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm; Weekend availability is requiredAbout the PositionEvaluate and manage chronic pain conditions as part of comprehensive care plans, integrating pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapiesCollaborate with pain management specialists and complementary providers (chiropractors, acupuncturists) to develop individualized multimodal pain treatment strategiesPerform interventional pain procedures as trained and credentialed, including joint injections, trigger point injections, and other minimally invasive therapiesEducate patients on safe pain management practices including opioid stewardship, alternative therapies, and self-management techniquesMonitor treatment efficacy and adjust care plans to optimize function, quality of life, and long-term health outcomesDeliver care using a holistic, interdisciplinary approach in collaboration with medical doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, behavioral health providers, dietitians, and other health partners within our patented care modelParticipate in a multidisciplinary team to develop, execute, monitor, and adjust comprehensive and coordinated care plans that include shared goals with measurable outcomesAssess and document patient health through interviews, examinations, observations, and review of medical historiesDiagnose health conditions, order and interpret lab work and diagnostic studies following established protocolsDocument all patient encounters and sign medical charts within 72 hours as per industry standards and guidelinesDevelop treatment plan as part of patient's overall care plan that addresses dysfunction and disease while minimizing risk of further injuryPrescribe and dispense medication when granted authority in accordance with State licensure and staff privilegesEmploy evidence-based approaches to shared decision-making that respect the patient's preferences and social norms while targeting optimal treatment outcomesQualificationsActive Physician Assistant license in the state of ArizonaCurrent Board Certification as a Physician Assistant requiredCurrent DEA registration or eligibility/ability to obtain DEA registration requiredAt least 1 year of relevant work experience as PA preferred but not requiredExperience in pain management or interest in developing expertise in this area preferredComfort in managing patients with chronic pain using a multimodal, evidence-based approachBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not requiredBenefitsComprehensive Benefits: medical, dental, vision insurance options for you and your familyMedical – Choice between three Cigna PPO plans (company pays 90% for employees and 50% for dependents!)Dental offered through Principal Life Insurance CompanyVision offered through Principal and VSP Vision CareFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (DCSA)Company paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability with medical enrollmentEmployee Life, Spouse Life and Dependent Life401(k) Retirement Savings PlanGenerous PTOLifekind Health and Savas Software are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
