Pay & Schedule

1st Shift

$22.17/hour

Monday Thursday: 5:30 AM 3:00 PM

Friday: 5:30 AM 10:00 AM

2nd Shift

$24.17/hour

Monday Thursday: 2:00 PM 1:30 AM

What You'll Do

• Assembling mechanical components using hand and power tools
• Following blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications
• Inspecting and maintaining quality standards throughout the assembly process
• Packaging completed units and preparing them for shipment
• Supporting material handling and workstation organization
• Participating in cross-training opportunities across multiple production areas
• Maintaining a safe, efficient, and team-focused work environment

• Experience using hand and power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly drawings
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to stand, move, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment throughout the shift

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.17 - $24.17/hr.
