Senior Manager, FP&A

Reporting to the SVP, FP&A, the Senior Manager, FP&A will serve as the primary financebusinesspartner toTranscarent’sSales and Marketing leaders. This roleis responsible forplanning, forecasting, and performance management across customer acquisition, growth, and retention— with a particular focus on commissions, sales efficiency, and marketing ROI.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a finance leader who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, and who can translate complex financial signals into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders. Whatyou’lldo Own financial planning and forecasting for Sales and Marketing, including the Annual Operating Plan, monthly forecasts, and long-range models Design, model, and administer sales compensation and commission plans in close partnership with Sales leadership and Revenue Operations Analyze sales efficiency and unit economics, including CAC, LTV, pipeline conversion, productivity, quota attainment, and ROI by channel Partner with Marketing leaders to evaluate spend effectiveness, campaign performance, and incremental ROI across growth initiatives Build andmaintainscalable models for headcount, capacity, bookings, revenue, and spend—connecting go-to-market drivers to financial outcomes Lead variance and trend analysis,identifyingrisks, opportunities, and key driversrelativeto plan Develop executive-ready materials for forecast reviews, QBRs, and leadership decision-making Drive adoption, enhancement, and automation of FP&A processes and reporting in Pigment, alongside Excel and NetSuite Collaborate closely withAccountingto ensure tight alignment between forecasts, actuals, commissions, and the close process Support ad hoc strategic analyses, including pricing, investment tradeoffs, scenario modeling, and growth initiatives Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, documentation, and data integrity to support scale and auditability Whatwe’relooking for 8–10years of progressive experience in FP&A,go-to-market-finance focused roles,ideally in high-growth or technology-enabled companies Deep experience supporting Sales and/or Marketing organizations, including commissions, sales productivity, and growth economics Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to connect operational drivers to P&L and cash flow outcomes Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence senior, non-finance stakeholders Hands-on experience with FP&A systems and planning tools (Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan, or similar), with the ability and desire to learn new platforms quickly Advanced Excel skills; comfort working across multiple systems and imperfect data environments Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience a plus Nice to have Background in healthcare, digital health, or benefits-related business models Experience supporting M&A analysis, integration, or post-acquisition reporting Exposure to IPO-readiness or public-company financial processes Direct experience with Pigment As a remote position, the salary range for this role is: $140,000 - $160,000 USD Who we areTranscarent and Accolade have come together to create the One Place for Health and Care, the leading personalized health and care experience that delivers unmatched choice, quality, and outcomes.
