We’re a boutique dental office dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality care to our diverse patient community. We’re seeking a highly experienced, confident front office professional who can also oversee day-to-day operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for both patients and staff, so strong communication, organization, and leadership skills are essential.
While we proudly serve a multicultural patient base, many of our staff and patients are Armenian-speaking. Armenian language proficiency is highly preferred, though not required.

Pay

$20~$25 per hour

Requirements

• Dentrix
• Eaglesoft

3+ years of front office experience in a dental setting (required)
Confident in using dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar platforms
Familiar with PPO billing, claim submission, and treatment plan presentation
Leadership experience and the ability to manage staff and operations effectively
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front office operations to ensure smooth functioning
Handle appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communication
Manage billing, claims processing, and presentation of treatment plans
Supervise and support other staff members, coordinating closely with the dental team and doctors
Contribute to creating a smooth, welcoming, and elevated patient experience
Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks efficiently
Support practice growth through excellent customer service and team collaboration

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
