Kentucky Licensed Pharmacy Technician

To support healthcare operations, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage communication with physician offices, document prescription requests, and assist with patient profiles while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Convey professional communication with physician offices both orally and in writing Document clarification requests and follow up on prescription refills and updates Assist patients and Pharmacy Care Coordinators with drug therapy and pharmacy care issues Required qualifications: Active Pharmacy Technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy Three years of experience in a healthcare-related call center or pharmacy environment Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong organizational and time management skills
