Key Responsibilities Lead direct care providers to ensure proper medications, treatments, documentation, family education, care planning, and patient conferencing per health campus policies. Use the nursing process to deliver patient care and maintain continuity from admission to discharge and return to community. Visit residents daily to assess physical and emotional status, reporting changes to the charge nurse, physician, or Director of Nursing. Identify resident problems and emergencies, initiating lifesaving measures when physicians are absent. Complete administrative duties including medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting as needed. Qualifications Valid, current state RN license. Current CPR certification.
