Rolling Hills Bank & Trust is seeking an experienced Agricultural Loan Officer to join our team in Atlantic, Iowa . This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lending professional who understands the unique financial needs of farmers, ranchers, and agricultural businesses and is passionate about building long-term customer relationships.

As an Agricultural Loan Officer, you will work directly with producers and agribusiness customers to develop customized lending solutions while helping support the growth and success of the communities we serve.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage a portfolio of agricultural lending relationships.
• Analyze credit requests and make sound lending recommendations.
• Conduct farm visits and maintain strong relationships with agricultural producers.
• Monitor loan performance and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Represent the bank in the community and participate in agricultural and local events.

Qualifications

• Prior Agricultural Lending Experience Required
• Strong understanding of farm operations, agricultural financial statements, and production agriculture.
• Excellent relationship-building and business development skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of agricultural markets and risk management practices.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a community banking team.
