Bilingual Supervisor (English/Spanish) – Recycling Facility

Location: North Side of Milwaukee

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Pay: $20+/hour, based on experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Bilingual Supervisor (English/Spanish) to oversee daily operations at our recycling facility on the north side of Milwaukee. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with prior supervisory experience who can effectively lead a diverse team in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily recycling and production operations
• Lead, train, and support employees to ensure productivity, quality, and safety
• Communicate clearly with team members in both English and Spanish
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and operating procedures
• Monitor attendance, performance, and workflow
• Address employee concerns and escalating issues as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous supervisory experience (required)
• Experience in recycling, manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to be on your feet and work in an active environment
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
