Are you organized, detail-oriented, and someone who enjoys keeping things accurate and moving behind the scenes?Keystone Funding is seeking a Mortgage Finance Assistant to support the day-to-day accounting and operational functions of a fast-paced mortgage company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative and financial tasks, takes initiative without being asked, and is eager to learn and grow within the business.You do not need years of accounting or mortgage experience to succeed here. We are looking for someone dependable, proactive, and highly organized who takes pride in getting the details right.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $40,000 – $47,000 (based on experience)Bonus: Performance-based, per company policyBenefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k): With company matchPTO: Paid time off per company policy
