Strategic HR Partner for Manufacturing Sites

Arkema Inc. seeks a Sr. HR Business Partner to join the human resources team. The role is based at the Alsip, IL production facility and will travel to the Grand Rapids, MI facility to support HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead HR strategy, manage talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, and ensure compliant labor relations across manufacturing sites.
