A medical supply company is seeking a licensed pharmacist to serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for mail order operations shipping to Montana. This position is ideal for a pharmacist with any active state license who is interested in a flexible, part-time role supporting compliance and pharmaceutical oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge to ensure compliance with the Board of Pharmacy requirements for mail order pharmacy licenses
• Oversee proper documentation, recordkeeping, and labeling processes for shipments to Montana patients
• Maintain clear records to identify Montana patients and the legend products dispensed, including dates of service
• Provide professional oversight without the requirement to hold a Montana pharmacist license or work full-time on site
• Collaborate with the medical supply company to support regulatory obligations through a business arrangement

Qualifications:

• Active, clear pharmacist license in any state
• Understanding of pharmacy regulations related to mail order pharmacies and controlled substance handling preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and regulatory compliance skills
• Ability to commit approximately one hour per week on an ongoing basis
