Commercial Real Estate Attorney, Minneapolis, MN

Minneapolis Office

Stinson LLP seeks an Attorney with at least two years of commercial real estate experience to join our Minneapolis office. Our nationally recognized commercial real estate practice represents developers, institutional investors, lenders, REITs, private equity funds, hospitality companies, and other sophisticated clients in complex real estate transactions throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
• Managing due diligence
• Coordinating closings
• Advising clients throughout the transaction process

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota attorney license
• At least two years of experience in complex commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, financing, and leasing
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, development, commercial leasing, real estate finance, title and survey matters, joint ventures, and related transactional work desirable
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong research, writing, analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Judicial clerkship experience valued

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $200,000–$275,000, based on an 1850 billable hour target, with a discretionary merit bonus. Salary may vary by experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
