About the Role:
Crayford Woodworks is seeking a skilled Carpenter Foreman to lead our talented team in crafting high-end home improvements. Join us in our mission to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and innovative solutions to our clients in the Twin Cities Area.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and manage carpentry projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate and supervise a team of carpenters, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Train and mentor junior carpenters, fostering skill development and teamwork.
- Manage inventory and order materials as needed to meet project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct quality control inspections to uphold our high standards of craftsmanship.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork and safety.
