About the Role

As a Lead Product Manager, you will own the vision, strategy, and evolution of key product lines within the Chorus platform , and you'll partner with the VP, Product on an execution strategy. You will translate market needs, client patterns, and platform capabilities into clear product direction, balancing strategic foresight with the pragmatism needed to drive outcomes in a complex healthcare ecosystem.

You will work at the intersection of R&D, Delivery, and Go-To-Market, setting the direction for each product area and transforming ambiguous, broad objectives into clear, actionable project roadmaps that allow platform reuse, and unlock scalable growth. You'll define problems deeply, synthesize insights from users, clinical experts, research, and stakeholders, and convert them into product requirements, sequencing, and standards — then stay close enough to the work to course-correct in real time.

As a senior leader on the Product team, you will set the bar for clarity, prioritization, and measurable impact. You will shape product narratives, drive cross-functional alignment, and build the artifacts (requirements, stories, templates, and playbooks) that let Delivery teams and external partners move faster with higher quality. You'll act as a coach and decision-maker in equal measure: helping teams navigate ambiguity while owning the calls that keep each product line moving with intention toward our long-term vision of intelligent, scalable healthcare infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key product areas spanning behavioral health workflows such as intake, referrals, crisis response, care coordination, and ongoing case management.
• Translate market trends, policy changes, client patterns, continuous research, and operational realities into clear product direction, requirements, sequencing, and reusable product patterns.
• Identify and operationalize common patterns across customers and implementations to improve product reuse, reduce one-off customization, and accelerate delivery quality and speed.
• Lead the definition of complex workflows, data needs, business rules, and integration points across internal and external systems.
• Shape roadmap and investment decisions by balancing user value, strategic differentiation, delivery leverage, technical constraints, and long-term scalability.
• Create and maintain high-quality product artifacts such as requirements, workflow definitions, prioritization frameworks, templates, and playbooks that improve execution across teams.
• Use product, operational, market, customer, and user insights to evaluate performance, inform iteration, and continuously improve the product experience and business impact.
• Partner with GTM, Delivery, and Partner Success to strengthen demos, scoping, positioning, and customer-facing product communication.
• Act as a senior product leader and trusted thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders, helping teams navigate ambiguity, make decisions, and stay aligned on outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Product Leadership & Experience: 8+ years of end-to-end product management experience owning complex product lines, with a proven track record of partnering directly with executive leadership (e.g., VP of Product) to drive multi-year execution strategies and platform evolution.
• Healthcare & Workflow Expertise: Deep domain expertise in healthcare, behavioral health, public health, or highly regulated, workflow-heavy environments. Demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical realities, policy changes, and market trends into scalable product standards.
• Platform Architecture & Scalability: Advanced experience identifying cross-customer implementation patterns to drive platform reuse, minimize custom code, and create repeatable modules across complex enterprise integrations.
• Technical & Interoperability: High-level understanding of modern healthcare data architectures, mobile-first design for frontline workflows, and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, EHR/EDW integrations).
• Cross-Functional Execution: Proven authority in bridging R&D, Delivery, and Go-To-Market teams. Skilled at setting execution standards, building high-impact playbooks, and coaching cross-functional teams through ambiguity.
• Strategic & Analytical Rigor: Exceptional ability to balance strategic differentiation, technical constraints, user value, and commercial viability to prioritize investments and drive measurable business impact.

Nice to Have Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or clinical degree) or relevant technical/clinical background.
• Prior experience establishing product management standards, frameworks, and playbooks across a growing product organization.
• Direct experience leading crisis response, care coordination, or time-sensitive mobile workflows in healthcare ecosystems.

Compensation Disclosure
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $170,000 – $190,000 in the Los Angeles market. Actual offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and may include additional components such as performance bonuses, stock options, and benefits.
