Responsibilities Join a growing team supporting employer stop loss programs and play a key role in delivering exceptional client and broker experiences. As an Account Manager in the Captive Segment of our Stop Loss Division, you’ll support the employer stop loss programs and partner closely with brokers, TPAs, and policyholders to manage the day‑to‑day administration of Stop Loss renewal accounts. Reporting to the Director of Account Management, you’ll ensure a smooth experience from renewal through ongoing servicing. In this role, you’ll own the renewal and ongoing servicing experience while working closely with internal teams to deliver seamless outcomes.
