We are looking for a dependable and highly organized Customer Service Coordinator who can confidently manage a busy workload, adapt when priorities change, and keep customers and internal teams informed. This is an active, fast-paced position for someone who takes ownership, pays attention to the details, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions, scheduling needs, and account updates.
• Manage a high volume of inbound & outbound calls / emails with professionalism, patience, and urgency.
• Coordinate new service requests, schedule changes, follow-up needs, and daily service support.
• Gather complete and accurate information before routing requests to the appropriate team member.
• Help resolve cust. concerns by listening to, identifying the issue, & coordinating an appropriate solution.
• Maintain accurate customer records, service notes, and follow-up details in company systems.
• Communicate closely with customer service, operations, sales, and field service teams.
• Monitor outstanding requests and follow through to ensure commitments are completed.
• Look for opportunities to improve customer experience and strengthen customer relationships.
• Support other administrative and coordination needs as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, or administrative support is encouraged.
• Experience working in a high-volume phone or service environment is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, time-management, and solution-seeking abilities.
• Comfortable working with phone systems, email, & MSO365 apps.
• Reliable attendance and consistent punctuality A MUST.
• Ability to work full-time, on-site at our Federal Way office.
