Associate Dentist

Our established, busy practice in Tacoma, WA is looking for a skilled, patient-focused General Dentist to join the team 1–2 days a week. You’ll step into a full schedule with a loyal patient base and an experienced support team that handles the business side, so you can focus on patients. If you want to add clinical days, keep your restorative skills sharp, or practice in the Pacific Northwest without the demands of ownership - this role is for you! What you’ll do Perform restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns and bridges Complete hygiene exams and periodic evaluations Diagnose oral health conditions and build clear, personalized treatment plans Explain treatment options in a way patients understand and feel good about Work closely with hygienists, assistants and front office staff to keep a busy day running smoothly Keep accurate, timely clinical notes and records What we’re looking for DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active, unrestricted Washington State dental license (or eligibility to obtain one) Active DEA registration and current CPR/BLS certification Confident in restorative dentistry, especially crown and bridge A warm chairside manner and strong patient communication Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-volume schedule What we offer Flexible part-time schedule Competitive daily rate + production bonus Full, established patient schedule from day one Experienced clinical and front office team No administrative headaches About Us: Advanced Dental Implant Center of Tacoma is home to a team of highly-experienced dentists committed to restoring smiles and enhancing lives.
