As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders and teams to support business objectives, guide organizational development, and strengthen engagement and performance across the organization. You will make key contributions for Envalior such as: Business Partnering Partner with the Site Management Team (MT) and departmental managers to understand business goals and operational challenges, providing HR insights and solutions. Advise and support line managers in all HR-related and labor law matters, e.g. with regard to staffing, remuneration, organizational changes or disciplinary cases. Develop and execute the site‑specific HR agenda that supports the site’s strategic plan and global HR strategy. Talent Management & Organizational Development Lead the site succession planning process for critical roles and ensure a robust pipeline of talent for key positions. Drive the site annual performance management cycle, coaching managers on effective goal setting, constructive feedback, and development planning. Identify training needs and collaborate with global Talent and Engagement team to implement programs that enhance site leadership capabilities and Envalior culture-oriented behavior. Champion Envalior’s core values and desired culture on the shop floor and within the site. Support MT to develop and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention. Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with employees, managers to promote a positive and productive work environment which is in line with Envalior culture. Partner with site MT to implement Employee Engagement survey, facilitate the site discussion and identify potential actions. Serve as the primary point of contact for complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Total Rewards, Operations and compliance Partner with regional Total Rewards Team and HR Operations Team to administer and communicate site‑wide benefit programs. Ensure strict adherence to all local employment laws and regulations. Maintain impeccable site HR records and ensure all HR practices are audit-ready. Other Key role as HR representative within the local works council. Participate in (Global/Regional) HR projects. Coordinate and implement global initiatives with local focus. Requirements Academic graduate: Business Administration, PhD in Organic Chemistry. Between 5-10 years of professional experience. Business Acumen — The ability to work effectively within the organization’s financial and operational context and to understand business challenges to support leadership development. People and leadership skills. Global mindset & cultural sensitivity – experience with working in a global context. Cultural sensitivity and proven track record in building an inclusive working environment. Stakeholder management skills— The ability to build relationships and coordinate effectively among a wide range of stakeholders and collaborators. Analytical skills— The ability to handle, analyze, interpret and communicate data effectively and responsibly to drive business. Agility — The ability to respond to shifts in the business environment, adapt and change course when necessary. Change and Transformation capabilities. Language fluency in German and English both oral & written.
