Patient Concierge

Our Patient Concierge will be responsible for the efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism of the front desk of Pacific Fertility Center (PFC). The Patient Concierge works in a collaborative relationship with the front desk team as well as with other PFC departments and employees.

This is a PRN position, requiring availability for 2 to 3 days per week, primarily on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays, with occasional weekday coverage. Shifts are typically 8 hours long and scheduled between 6:45 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones, directing calls, and greeting patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate and confirm patient appointments, follow-ups, and physician referrals in a timely manner.
• Facilitate communication between patients, physicians, laboratory staff, and clinical teams while maintaining strict adherence to privacy and patient care standards.
• Accurately compile, update, and maintain medical records, reports, and patient correspondence.
• Assist patients with completing insurance documentation and consent/privacy forms.
• Support daily clinic operations and perform additional administrative tasks or special projects as assigned.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of medical administrative experience required
• Bilingual a plus!
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system strongly preferred

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour depending on experience.
