Barista Position

The barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality McCaf beverages while delivering fast, friendly service. This role ensures beverages meet McDonald's standards for quality, accuracy, and presentation while maintaining a clean and organized beverage station.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare McCaf beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, frappes, smoothies, and other specialty beverages, in accordance with McDonald's standards.
• Follow all recipes, build cards, and preparation procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
• Greet customers warmly and provide quick, accurate service.
• Maintain service speed while ensuring beverage quality and presentation.
• Keep the beverage station clean, stocked, and organized at all times.
• Monitor product levels and restock cups, syrups, milk, and other supplies as needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Operate coffee and beverage equipment safely and correctly.
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Assist with other restaurant duties as needed to support the team.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced restaurant environment with frequent customer interaction.
• May require early morning, evening, weekend, or holiday shifts.
