Retail Assistant Manager in Training

Buckle LLC

Buckle in Las Cruces, NM is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to join our Store Leadership team. You will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit teammates, and provide leadership.

The role includes training teammates, maintaining great guest service, merchandising, and ensuring store operations run smoothly. This is a progression role from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher duties, requiring a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
