Manager, CRM Engagement Marketing

Starting off as a 1 year contract, potential to extend Paying up to $41/hr W2 Hands-on with campaign builds and optimizations across key stages of the customer journey and across sports. You’ll help bring lifecycle strategies to life with personalized experiences and targeted communications to support acquisition, engagement, and retention across all major sports and initiatives. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day campaign operations including segmentation, messaging, QA, and scheduling. Experience managing customer engagement campaigns and developing messaging strategies. Collaborate with content, creative, and data teams to deliver compelling, timely messaging across email, push, and other owned channels. Assist in developing onboarding and engagement flows that drive value and reduce churn. Implement A/B tests and track performance metrics to refine targeting and content.
