Job Overview As a Registered Nurse at TriStar Centennial Medical Center, you’ll have all the staffing support, technology, and resources you need to deliver safe, high‑quality care—so you can focus on what you do best. Responsibilities As a Resident II Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, serve as a Circulating or Scrub Nurse, manage the OR environment, document procedures, ensure all retained surgical instruments are accounted for, collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and techs, and act as a patient advocate. Perform on‑call duties during non‑business hours. As a Resident I Graduate Nurse, implement nursing care plans under the supervision of an experienced RN, document observations and patient responses, educate patients on treatment plans and medications, and engage in evidence‑based practices such as safety rounding, AIDET, Teach‑Back, and Narrating Care. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license. At least 1 year of experience working as an RN in any hospital area. Detail‑driven, committed to patient safety, and able to work effectively in a team.
