Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Starting Wage: $19.50/hour for first 90 Days. Schedule: 4-5 days a week, must be able to work OT, weekends, and holidays.Summary of Position:The entry level position supports the core team by conducting the following activities: hands stacking product, cutting feet material, sampling product, move materials by hand, use a forklift, empty trash carts, conduct clean-up activities, complete preventative maintenance work tasks, assist with start-ups, monitor production line and begin to learn other key positions (i.e. Level 2-4), understand finished product specifications. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor. All roles in the Hillsboro plant are cross functional and are part of the pay for skills program. This position will also support or work in the Shipping and Receiving job levels as needed to provide flexibility to the plant.Working safely is a core responsibility of the position.
